SURABAYA (sekilasmedia.com) Rotasi cukup besar-besaran sedang dilakukan Kepolisian Republik Indonesia dibawah kepemimpinan Kapolri Jenderal Tito Karnavian, termasuk mutasi Kapolda Jatim Irjen Pol.Machfud Arifin dan Wakapolda Jatim Brigjen Pol. Widodo Eko Prihastopo diantaranya melalui Surat Telegram (ST) Kapolri Jenderal Tito Karnavian yang bernomor ST/2015/VIII/KEP/2018 dan nomor ST/2014/VIII/KEP/2018 (13/8/2018).

Untuk pos jabatan Kapolda Jatim yang baru ditempati Irjen Pol.Lucky Hermawan yang sebelumnya menjabat Wakabaintelkam Mabes Polri, sedangkan Wakapolda Jatim yang baru ditempati Brigjen Pol. Muhammad Iqbal yang sebelumnya menjabat Kepala Biro Penerangan Masyarakat (Karo Penmas) Mabes Polri. Hal tersebut dibenarkan Kabid Humas Polda Jatim, Kombes Pol.Frans Barung Mangera Senin (13/8/2018).

“Selamat untuk Kapolda Jatim yang baru Irjen Pol. Lucky Hermawan, dan juga selamat untuk Wakapolda Jatim yang baru Brigjen Pol. M. Iqbal, semoga bisa menjalankan tugas dengan baik menjelang Pemilihan Umum Legislatif maupun Pemilihan Presiden 17 April 2019 nanti yang akan berjalan serentak,” ucap Sri Untari sekretaris DPD PDIP Jatim yang juga menjabat Ketua Fraksi PDIP di DPRD Jatim yang dikenal sebagai tokoh koperasi wanita Jawa Timur.

*TANTANGAN BAGI KAPOLDA DAN WAKAPOLDA JATIM BARU YANG TERBESAR ADALAH MENJELANG PEMILU 2019*
Menurut Sri Untari tantangan terberat yang akan dihadapi Kapolda dan Wakapolda Jatim yang baru adalah momen menjelang Pemilu Legislatif dan Pilpres yang serentak 17 April 2019, yang masing-masing juga telah melalui Tahapan Pendaftaran dimana untuk Capres-Cawapres terdapat dua pasangan yaitu Joko Widodo-KH.Ma’ruf Amin dan Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno. “Tantangan terberat Kapolda dan Wakapolda Jatim yang baru diantaranya adalah proses menuju Pemilu 17 April 2019 yang tinggal beberapa bulan lagi. Apalagi Jatim dikenal sebagai provinsi yang memiliki jumlah pemilih terbesar di Indonesia, setelah Provinsi Jawa Barat,” ungkap Sri Untari yang juga Ketua Kopwan Setia Budi Wanita yang berpusat di Malang.
